West Indian Christmas ham
Ingredients:
- 1 Christmas Ham
- 1 Beer
- Pineapple slices
- 3 tablespoons of cane sugar
- 1 onion
- 10 cloves
- Vegetarian chili
Steps:
1. Preheat oven to 200°C
2. Put the Christmas ham and the vegetarian chili in water
3. Prick the cloves in the onion then add to water to cook the ham
4. Once the ham is cooked, place it in a dish
5. Pour the beer over the ham
6. Sprinkle the cane sugar over the ham and place the pineapple slices on the ham
7. Place the ham in the oven until the ham is caramelized
